13.1 General Product Questions

Q: What is the Helika Content Creation Engine in simple terms?
A: It’s an AI-powered platform that lets you create, customize, and manage fictional or branded characters who post, reply, and engage on social media in your desired tone and voice. These characters can be run manually, semi-automatically, or in full autonomy—with built-in safety filters and compliance controls.

Q: Who should use the CCE?
A: It’s designed for indie/AA game studios, publishers, and marketing teams who want to scale their content output without hiring large social media teams. It’s also useful for live service games needing constant community engagement.

Q: Does the CCE replace community managers?
A: No. It augments them. The AI handles high-volume posting and reactive engagement, freeing human teams to focus on deeper community-building and strategic interactions.

13.2 Character Creation & Management

Q: Can I have more than one AI character?
A: Yes. You can create and manage multiple characters, each with their own tone, style, Knowledge Base, and platform connections.

Q: Can two AI characters talk to each other automatically?
A: Not yet. Multi-character interactions are planned for future releases.

Q: Can I change my character’s personality after creation?
A: Yes. You can edit the Character Sheet at any time, and changes will apply to all future generated content.

Q: Can I save different “profiles” for the same character?
A: Profile-saving is a planned feature (e.g., seasonal variations, alternate tones).

13.3 Knowledge Base

Q: What file formats can I upload?
A: PDF, DOCX, and TXT. Other file types (e.g., images of text) must be converted before uploading.

Q: How often should I update the Knowledge Base?
A: Update it whenever major changes occur—new patch notes, lore updates, or campaign-specific content. Many teams do monthly audits.

Q: What happens if I upload conflicting information?
A: The AI will attempt to reconcile it, but may produce inconsistent outputs. It’s best to remove outdated or conflicting files manually.

Q: Can I prioritize certain Knowledge Base sources over others?
A: Not currently—source weighting is planned.

13.4 Agent Controls

Q: What’s the difference between “Approval Required” and “Full Autonomy”?
A:

  • Approval Required: AI drafts posts/replies, but you approve before publishing.
  • Full Autonomy: AI can publish without your review, respecting the limits and filters you set.

Q: Can I set different engagement settings for different platforms?
A: Not yet—Agent Controls currently apply globally.

Q: Will the AI ever post outside the tone/personality I set?
A: Minor deviations can happen, especially if prompts request a different style. Use Tone Strictness settings for tighter control.

13.5 Content Generation & Scheduling

Q: Can I override my character’s tone for a single post?
A: Yes. Use the Tone Override option in the post creation panel.

Q: Can I schedule posts for future publishing?
A: Yes. Any approved post can be scheduled for a specific date and time.

Q: Can I post to multiple platforms at once?
A: Not yet—multi-platform publishing is in the roadmap.

Q: Will the AI add trending hashtags automatically?
A: Not currently. Hashtags must be added manually or pre-defined in the character’s configuration.

13.6 Campaigns (Upcoming)

Q: What’s the main benefit of the Campaigns module?
A: It allows you to set a multi-day or multi-week content plan tied to specific goals, with scheduled posts, thematic arcs, and “just-in-time” updates.

Q: Can I add a post to a campaign after it’s published?
A: No—campaigns must be created before posting.

Q: Will campaigns adapt mid-run based on performance?
A: Dynamic adjustment is planned but will not be in the initial release.

13.7 Sandbox (Upcoming)

Q: What is the Character Sandbox?
A: A private, in-app chat environment where you can test your character’s personality, tone, and knowledge before they post publicly.

Q: Can sandbox conversations change my character automatically?
A: No. You must apply any desired changes to the Character Sheet manually.

Q: Will the sandbox simulate platform limits like X’s 280-character cap?
A: Not initially—this will be an optional setting in future updates.

13.8 Analytics (Upcoming)

Q: What analytics are available now?
A: Currently, analytics are limited to X (Twitter) metrics: engagement rate, impressions, reach, and follower growth.

Q: Will I get recommendations on how to improve posts?
A: Recommendation Engine integration is planned but not yet live.

Q: Can I export analytics?
A: Yes—CSV and PDF export formats will be available at launch.

13.9 Editing & Managing Posts

Q: Can I edit a post after it’s live?
A: No. Most platforms (including X) do not allow post edits via API. You must delete and repost.

Q: Will my edits teach the AI?
A: No. AI learning is based on approve/reject signals and engagement results, not text edits.

Q: Can I delete posts from the live platform via CCE?
A: Yes, if the platform’s API allows it (supported for X).

13.10 Platform Roadmap

Q: Which platform is next after X?
A: Discord is the priority, followed by Reddit and YouTube (commenting only).

Q: Will CCE work for TikTok or Instagram?
A: Planned mid-term—focus will be on media-first content types.

Q: Can I cross-post to multiple platforms in one click?
A: Planned for future release alongside per-platform optimization.

13.11 Known Limitations

Q: Does the AI ever make factual errors?
A: Yes—especially if Knowledge Base data is missing, outdated, or contradictory. Always review critical posts before approval.

Q: Can I run CCE without connecting to a live account?
A: Yes. You can use it in draft-only mode for internal testing.

Q: Does CCE support role-based permissions?
A: Not yet—planned for future enterprise releases.

13.12 Support & Feedback

Q: How do I report a bug?
A: Use the in-app feedback tool or submit to the Helika Support Portal (provided during onboarding).

Q: Can I request a feature?
A: Yes—submit through your Customer Success Manager or the feature request form in the Support Portal.

Q: Is there a public changelog?
A: Planned for launch; currently, release notes are shared directly with clients.

13.13 Differentiation Points

Q: What makes the Helika CCE different from other social media automation tools?
A: Unlike generic scheduling or AI-writing platforms, the CCE is designed specifically for game studios and their IP. Differentiators include:

  • Character-Centric Output – Every post comes from an in-universe persona, not a faceless brand.
  • Lore-Aware Content – AI uses uploaded lore, patch notes, and feeds to generate accurate, timely posts.
  • Progressive Autonomy – Fine-grained controls let you choose between manual, semi-automatic, or fully autonomous posting.
  • Game-Focused Campaigns – Roadmap includes goal-driven campaign orchestration, multi-character arcs, and event-based triggers.
  • Sandbox Testing – Risk-free environment to validate tone and style before going public.

13.14 Supported Social Platforms

Q: Which platforms does the CCE support?
A: Currently live for X (Twitter) with support for:

  • Text posts. (Future support of image, GIF, and video)
  • Reply generation and automated engagement.

Planned integrations:

  • Discord – Channel-specific posting and reactive replies.
  • Reddit – Post creation and comment engagement in approved subreddits.
  • YouTube (Commenting) – Targeted engagement on approved videos.
  • TikTok & Instagram – Media-first publishing with trend-aware optimization.

Each platform integration will adapt content formatting, media requirements, and engagement style to avoid "bot-like" behavior.

13.15 Manual vs. Auto Control

Q: Do I have to let the AI post automatically?
A: No. The CCE supports three operation modes:

  • Manual – You draft/approve every post.
  • Semi-Automated – AI suggests content, you approve or edit before posting.
  • Full Autonomy – AI generates and publishes without human review (with your safety settings active).

You can set autonomy levels separately for posts and replies, and adjust them at any time.

13.16 Campaigns and Objectives

Q: How do campaigns work in the CCE?
A: Campaigns (upcoming feature) allow you to:

  • Define an objective (e.g., "Boost engagement before character release").
  • Select participating characters and platforms.
  • Schedule a sequence of posts with evolving themes.
  • Mix pre-scheduled and reactive content.
  • Use campaign-specific Knowledge Bases for tailored messaging.

This ensures your content strategy aligns directly with measurable goals rather than relying on one-off posts.

13.17 Pre-Testing in Sandbox Mode

Q: Can I test how my character will sound before going live?
A: Yes. The Character Sandbox (upcoming) lets you:

  • Chat directly with your AI character in a private, in-app environment.
  • Validate tone, personality, and lore accuracy.
  • See how Knowledge Base updates affect output.
  • Experiment with prompts and scenarios without risking a public post.

Testing in sandbox mode is highly recommended before enabling higher autonomy settings.
