Post Lifecycle Overview
A post in the CCE can exist in the following states:

- Scheduled – Approved for future publication at a specific date/time.
- Posted – Published to the connected platform(s); live link available.
- Rejected – Declined by the user; stored for audit/reference.
- Deleted – Removed from queue or live platform (if supported by API).

- Content needs to reference additional Knowledge Base material
- You want multiple variations to choose from
Steps:

- Click Regenerate
- Review new version; approve, edit, or reject
Adding or Changing Media
Media can be added, replaced, or removed in Draft, Pending, and Scheduled states.
Accepted Formats:

- Video: MP4 (platform-dependent size limits)
- AI-generated assets (if Media Generation enabled in Agent Controls)
Steps:
- Edit post
- Click Add/Replace Media
- Upload or select from asset library
- Save changes
AI Learning from Edits and Feedback
The AI learns from:
- Binary Feedback – Approve/Reject actions
- Engagement Results – Likes, shares, CTR from posted content
Important!
The AI does not currently learn directly from text edits you make; edits serve as internal refinement for the immediate post only.
Recommendation
If you notice consistent tone or phrasing issues, adjust the Character Sheet or Agent Controls to improve long-term output.
Best Practices
- Approve Early for Scheduling – Avoid last-minute rush by approving posts days in advance
- Use Rejection Notes (planned feature) – Document reasons for rejection to build AI alignment
- Leverage Regeneration – Don’t settle for “good enough” if the AI can iterate quickly
- Batch Edit Before Campaigns – For multi-post campaigns, review and adjust all scheduled content at once
- Track Changes – Keep a log of major edits for analytics correlation
